2. I'm sure you have heard about the home value is rebounding and on the rise which is a good sign.
3. The market is still a buyer's market which is fortunate but we don't know how much longer it is going to stay that way.
4. If you are active military, E1 and E5, married and have children; I can get you a lender incentive from $7,500 to $10,000 to pay off your credit cards debt or car loan. This is only available in a VA mortgage loan, no down payment, seller paying for most of your expenses. Your out of pocket expense is the Home Inspection and may be the required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) which can be refunded back to you in closing. You cannot get anything better than this.
