I am a trained and certified professional on how to handle short sale presentations and requests.  It is most important to find someone, like me, who understands the process instead of just taking a listing and not knowing what to do and what kind of documents are required by the bank.

Call me and let me pre-qualify you as a candidate  for a short sale.  If you already received a notification of a foreclosure's date and it has become imminent,  you need to call me NOW!

This is not one of those make believes out there which requiring a fee for the service.  This is a free service for you.   If this has become a successful short sale, the bank pays for the expenses and not you.   Remember, banks DO NOT want to foreclose unless it is necessary.   Someone had dropped the ball.

Most Common excuses you may have heard about the long and dreadful negotiation in a short sale:

-The bank did not receive the paperwork.
  -The bank lost the paperwork.
-The bank has not assigned a negotiator.
-The bank assigned a new negotiator.
-I have not heard from the bank.
-Do you have this document the bank needed?
-Do you have this other document the bank needed?
(This is of course after turning in the document and waited
for another four weeks.  Again and agin, the agent called for
   more documents.and on and on....)

Do they all sound familiar?  You need a Certified Distressed Property Expert!    A CDPE!    Call me!
